The product assembly step is one of the last stages in the precision metal stamping and sheet metal fabrication process; it connects the product as a whole and brings it to life. This step is both exciting and critical that error-free execution takes place.
Assemblies not only need to look perfect, they need to perform error-free and hold up to real world use. Our experienced assembly teams, utilizing modern day assembly and sub-assembly stations, carefully assemble units together. The assembled units are put through multiple rigorous tests to assure working perfection. No product leaves the floor until all performance parameters are met.
